大多数美国高校在8月1日申请系统开放之前都公布了自己补充文书，在TOP 30中只有排名第1的普林斯顿大学和“CS名校”卡耐基梅隆大学两所例外。

普林斯顿大学

作为美国大学执牛耳者的普林斯顿大学，今年对于补充文书题目思考时间有点过长，原本官网表示将在7月底更新文书题目，但是在8月1日又突然改为将在8月中旬更新文书题目。

推测其文书题目“难产”的原因有以下两点，

一是由于疫情影响，今年普林斯顿大学宣布取消了早申环节，所以留给申请者创作文书的时间相对充足；

二是由于普林斯顿宣布今年不强制要求学生提交标化成绩，所以对于文书题目的设计需要更加的慎重，需要通过文书选拔出与自己匹配的学生。所以今年需要申请者回答的问题也比较多。

受疫情影响，今年美国大学大多采用test-optional的政策，或是直接宣布不再考虑标化成绩，在此背景下，通过文书将自己塑造成一个“完整”，充满个人魅力且与院校完美匹配的申请者，变得至关重要。

因此，建议大家早动手、早动手、早动手。

不要天真的认为文书很简单，因为任何事情在你没动手做之前都是简单的。

如果你想要到美国留学，今年却又因为种种原因而难以申请到正式的大学，那么，可以申请美国亚利桑那大学，今年即可入读，大一可以选择全球学院校区（中国校区分别是中央财经大学、浙江大学、上海IES、西安电子科技大学、深圳科技大学、郑州西亚斯学院）。前两年可在国内就读，在学费低和压力小的情况下避开疫情高峰期。
